New hoarding is now up at the former House of Fraser department store site at 318 Oxford Street.

Elephant London will offer 163,000 sq ft of office space and 42,500 sq ft of retail space. The new concept designed by PDP London architects will have a 12,500 sq ft rooftop restaurant with a 6,630 sq ft terrace and 5,000 sq ft of ground floor food and beverage space. There is also a 29,000 sq ft gym.

Expected completion Q1 2025.
