The £29.6 million student accommodation development by Your Tribe at 313-349 Ilderton Road has just hit a important milestone, with the topping out of its 13-15 storey building.

The development is expected to be fully ready for the 2024-2025 academic year, offering 250 beds, 58 affordable residential units, and a generous 12,500 sqft of commercial space on the ground and first floors.

A Topping Out Ceremony was celebrated on 24th May 2023, with a highlight of a presentation of an engraved silver trowel by HG Construction, the project's construction team.

The guests in attendance included Adam Quinn, CEO of HG Construction, Laurence Quail, Managing Director of Your Tribe, John Clarke, Chairman of Your Tribe, and Duncan Palmer, Director of Student Housing at Your Tribe.

Two new show apartments were showcased at the ceremony - a studio apartment and a cluster apartment. Both feature modern interiors with calming neutral and olive-green colours, along with sleek wood-effect furniture. Their large windows fill the apartments with light, offering sweeping views of the surrounding areas.

The Purpose Built Student Accommodation scheme on Ilderton Road by Your Tribe, expertly delivered by HG Construction, promises 250 well-equipped rooms, convenient communal lounges, and spacious study areas. All bills and services are included for students as standard. The full completion of Ilderton Road is scheduled for the 2024 – 2025 academic year.
