The Belvedere building at South Bank Place in London SE1.

McAleer & Rushe is on site where two of the three cores have now reached level 13.

The building is expected to reach practical completion in Q3 2025.

The 13-storey mixed-use building designed Stanton Williams architects features 170,000 sq ft of residential space, comprising 104 luxury residences and 18,600 sq ft of retail space.

The Belvedere is located on a prime London site right next to the Shell Centre building overlooking Jubilee Gardens, London Eye, the River Thames and the Palace of Westminster.
