Stanhope and Mitsubishi Estate London have secured a ten-year lease deal with insurance company Atrium for the 20th floor of the 8 Bishopsgate in the City of London EC3.

Atrium will take 14,570 sq ft, relocating from its previous location in Lloyd's Building.

Shinichi Kagitomi, managing director of Mitsubishi Estate London, commented: “In 8 Bishopsgate we have created one of London’s flagship workplaces. As the scheme nears completion, occupiers can really see our vision come to life and share our enthusiasm for one of the capital’s most progressive and innovative new office buildings.”

David Camp, chief executive at Stanhope added: "Atrium's decision to move into the building is testament to the quality of the space and the experience that we are delivering within the building. We believe that 8 Bishopsgate offers the ideal combination of flexible, sustainable office space in the heart of London, and we look forward to working closely with Atrium to ensure their continued success."

Atrium was represented by Savills in the deal, while Mitsubishi Estate London and Stanhope were represented by Newmark BH2 and Knight Frank.
