Developer Rockwell has reported strong sales since the unveiling of Hurlingham Waterfront in SW6 last month.
Since its launch in May, 20% of the apartments have been sold in the first month.
The launch of a dedicated marketing suite across the River Thames and successful international exhibitions have sparked significant interest in the recently released residences.
