R8 King's Cross progress Summer 2023

Both the residential element and commercial base-build are progressing well at R8 King's Cross, reports the developer in its latest progress update.
From the outside, the sawtooth feature façade is now prominent, whilst inside, the apartments are being decorated from the lower floors upwards. Inspections of the brand-new apartments are underway while important mechanical and electrical systems are being installed.
R8 comprises two 13-storey buildings providing both new homes, in association with a housing partner, and office space, offering flexible space to smaller tenants.
The new homes at R8 King's Cross will complete in early 2024, with the office element opening in 2025.
