The redevelopment of 143-157 Farringdon Road buildings has been launched as The Waterman.

Due to complete in 2024, the new offices within the reimagined warehouse buildings originally designed by Alfred Waterhouse (Natural History Museum) 70,000 sq offices with 100,000sq ft floorplates are available through agents Compton and Bluebook.
