Comer Homes' Build-to-Rent development, Royal Winchester House in Bracknell, has received the Bronze award in the Best Build-to-Rent Project category at the 2022 What House Awards. The award ceremony featured notable figures such as former Conservative Party Leader William Hague and Rugby World Cup winner Maggie Alphonsi.

The award was decided by a panel of judges, who praised Royal Winchester House for its distinctive design and well-planned living spaces. The development, designed by SOM Architects, replaced the former 3M office block, creating a significant change in Bracknell's skyline.

The structure consists of 338 one and two-bedroom apartments, all available for rent. The development also includes retail and restaurant spaces. The interior design by Frank Shaw and Associates maximises space and natural light.

Royal Winchester House offers its residents numerous facilities for residents, including a health centre, a gym, secure parking, cycle storage, and a 24-hour concierge service.
