The current scope of refurbishment and fit-out works at Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch development are expected to be completed in 2025, reports main contractor Knight Build in the latest August 2023 Newsletter.

The following site works were carried out by Knight Build in the past month:

+ Selected demolition to various locations

+ Perimeter scaffold construction to both North & South Blocks ongoing

+ Brick works ongoing

+ Installation of Triton waterproof membrane

+ Forming openings

+ UKPN working on service alteration with cable trench to Spring Gardens from South block.

+ Bauder waterproofing installation to the middle section of Trafalgar Square

+ Reinforced concrete works - including forming new reinforced concrete stairs

+ Removing existing steels and welding in reinforcement as required
