During the month of July, RED Construction continued to progress well with the works to 80 New Bond Street, reports the main contractor in the August 2023 newsletter.

The team have progressed with some of the following key activities:

Dismantle of the goods hoist

Installation of the glazing to level 7

Trees and plants being positioned on the roof Garden

Progressed tiling to the showers

Progressed joinery works to all floors

Installation of permanent lighting progresses on all floors

Upcoming works within the next month will involve:

Commence joinery wall panelling in the reception

Complete all Raised access floor

Commence striking Oxford Street and New Bond Street scaffolding

Removal of the scaffold from all levels on the east lightwell

Complete landscaping to roof including planters
