NE01 North East Lands is a PBSA development by Greystar within the North East Lands in Wembley Park HA9.
McAleer & Rushe is building a 20-storey purpose-built student accommodation building that will contain 770 beds and ample amenity space.
Operated by Canvas, Greystar's student accommodation brand, the building is set to open in 2025.
