The first two buildings NE02 and NE03 of North East Lands ranging from 10-27 storeys with a roof terrace on top, are progressing well.

Designed by Haworth Tompkins and constructed by Sisk, the two Build-to-Rent buildings centred around communal gardens contain 769 new homes, including 201 affordable units.

Most of the new homes in this first phase due to be completed in 2025 will be for rent and managed by the Quintain Living team which already operates over 3,250 homes across Wembley Park.

The buildings are adjacent to Greystar's student accommodation development NE01 North East Lands.
