Works at Northwick Park are in progress with the first homes to be delivered in 2025.
The development will include 1,600 homes, including apartments for private sale, Shared Ownership, London Affordable Rent, Intermediate Rent, and London Living Rent.
Photos in this update include the demolition contractor banner on site, Notice of Construction from the developers and Site Project Manager contact details.
In total, 654 new build homes will be delivered in Phase 1. Private sale 409 units, Shared Ownership 111, London Affordable Rent 70, Intermediate Rent 38, and London Living Rent 26.
