Progress update for Southwark OSD November 2023

Helical and TfL are looking at alternative approaches to the site at Southwark OSD as the feasibility studies are underway.
Located above Southwark Station, the scheme has consent for a 222,000 sq ft NIA office building over 17 storeys.
It is to be drawn down in July 2025 and it is expected that any revision to the planning permission will be obtained by then.
