Helical has extended the lease on the 17th floor of The Bower with Verkada by 10 years and facilitated their expansion into the 16th floor.
The 14th floor is now under offer to Incubeta who are relocating from the 16th floor.
On 27 October 2023, following non-payment of rent for the September quarter, Helical exercised the right to forfeit the individual leases for six floors let to WeWork. Subsequently, they entered into a short-term licence...
