Plans for the redevelopment of 55-65 Old Broad Street approved
The City of London Corporation Planning Applications Sub-Committee has approved Landsec’s plans to transform 55-65 Old Broad Street EC2 into a modern, sustainable workspace.
The proposals are for a 23-storey, mixed-use building designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, that will include the restoration of the listed Bishopsgate Bath House, opening it up to the public for the first time.
