Plans approved by Committee
Joseph Homes' proposal for a mixed-use development at the Daisy Business Park, located off Old Kent Road, has received approval from the Southwark Council Planning Committee.
The new scheme comprises a mixture of Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), C3 affordable (social rented) residential units, employment floorspace, and community space on ground floor.
