First residents move into Skyline

First residents move in
The Skyline building, located opposite Walthamstow Central Station, has recently welcomed its first residents.
Constructed by The Hill Group for Waltham Forest Council, the development comprises 91 homes, 50% of which are affordable. It includes three- and four-bedroom units aimed at local families.
The project, transforming former vacant Council offices, is a key part of Waltham Forest's initiative to provide more high-quality housing in the borough and enhance residents' lives.
