January 2024 progress update

Development works are progressing well at the fully pre-let 2 Aldermanbury Square, reports developer GPE in the latest business update.
The basement is now under construction and the anticipated completion is Q1 2026.
The deconstruction of the previous building City Place House by Keltbray saw the structural steel carefully extracted as it is being reconditioned for reuse to form the majority of the structural elements of Jermyn Street Piccadilly.
International law firm Clifford Chance has the option to hand back the first to fourth floors of the building (up to 89,000 sq ft) which expires on 1 March 2024. Whilst the intentions of the occupier are unknown to the...
