GPE is refining plans of the existing planning consent that will deliver around 91,000 sq ft of new Grade A office and prime retail space at Soho Square.
The redevelopment will create a new HQ office building with flagship retail fronting Oxford Street, with multiple private terraces and a communal roof terrace, all adjacent to the Tottenham Court Road Elizabeth line...
