3 Sheldon Square is undergoing a full refurbishment to significantly minimise the embodied carbon of the development by retaining and reusing the existing structure and materials.

The building is 65% let to Virgin Media O2, who signed 83,000 sq ft for their UK Headquarters in February 2023.

British Land is in negotiations on a further 27,000 sq ft of space, which will take the building to 86% let ahead of completion in Q1 2024.
