LaSalle Investment Management, acting on behalf of Malaysian investor Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), has selected Multiplex to be the main contractor for the construction of One Exchange Square at Broadgate in the City of London EC2.

The new development at Broadgate Campus is designed by Fletcher Priest Architects (Lucent W1, Brunel Building W2) and will contain 428,000 sq ft of offices along with 17,000 sq ft of retail space.
