All 76 residences at Regent's Crescent are now sold, reports joint agent Savills.


Originally commissioned in 1820 by the Prince Regent, later George IV, and designed by famed architect John Nash, Regent's Crescent is one of the ‘finest examples’ of heritage renovation.

The Grade I listed building was redeveloped by CIT and now comprises 67 apartments and 9 garden villas as well as 9,000 sq ft of entertainment, spa and business facilities.
