East One office building is now fully let as fashion brand Oh Polly takes the 4,768 sq ft second-floor office space.


Aitch Group has transformed the former Victorian warehouse into a Grade A office accommodation, spanning across five floors and encompassing a total of 26,724 sq ft. The extensive refurbishment has rejuvenated the space, providing a unique blend of historical charm and contemporary design.


Exposed services and open-plan office layouts with glass-partitioned meeting rooms, cosy kitchen points, and breakout areas create an inviting atmosphere for Oh Polly's workforce.
