Keltbray has commenced on-site operations for the soft strip works at 1 Victoria Street following the relocation of the Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy to the north end of Whitehall at the end of 2023.

Stanhope, representing Mitsubishi Estate London, is overseeing the redevelopment of the 1 Victoria Street building situated on an island site bordered by Victoria Street, Abbey Orchard Street, and Great Smith Street.

The new sustainable mixed-use commercial building, designed by AHMM, will showcase active retail spaces along Victoria Street and the high-quality office accommodations above.
