RED Construction is currently on-site opposite St James's Palace, where the existing buildings at 55-58 Pall Mall (also known as Quadrant House/Commonwealth House) and 1-4 Crown Passage are being demolished to make way for a new building, while retaining the façade on the Pall Mall elevation.
The new building designed by Orms will provide approximately 40,000 sqft of office space as well as provision of two shell and core retail/restaurant units.
