Topped out
Plot A1, the sustainable mixed-use building at Canada Water, reached the highest point of construction this week. The team celebrated the event with a topping-out ceremony on Wednesday, March 6th.
The 35-storey building, designed by Allies+Morrison and built by Wates, is a key part of the 53-acre Canada Water masterplan. It includes The Founding with 186 net-zero apartments and interiors by Conran & Partners. It also includes Three Deal Porters, a 100% electric building with modern workspaces and ground-floor retail spaces.
