New photos of North Quay, the new Canary Wharf Life Sciences district in London E14.
The 3.28-hectare site adjacent to Canary Wharf’s Crossrail Place (photo) is set for 2.5 million sq ft of mixed-use development.
The first phase is the 23-storey, 823,000 sq ft One North Quay tower, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, which set to become Europe’s largest and most technologically advanced life sciences facility.
