£480 million construction loan for Fifty Fenchurch

AXA IM Alts and YardNine have secured a £480 million construction loan from Cale Street for the 650,000 sq ft Fifty Fenchurch office development in the City of London.
The 36-storey building, acquired in 2022, will feature flexible grade-A office space, advanced technology, and facilities promoting occupiers' well-being.
