Wise's London office will be moving from its current home in the Tea Building to a new space in HB Reavis’ Worship Square.

Fintech firm Wise is taking just over 7,700 sqm across several floors to accommodate the fast-growing team of over 1,000+ Wisers in the UK.

The new letting takes the available office space to 98% let pre-practical completion in summer 2024.

The space has been designed with Wise’s collaborative working environment in mind, with a range of open-plan and flexible co-working spaces to allow teams to come together to deliver the mission of money without borders.

As a nod to their Estonian heritage, they'll have an in-office sauna, a feature seen in some other Wise offices, as well as it being a dog-friendly office space for the furry friends

They also have a private outdoor terrace to promote employees' physical and mental wellbeing.

Pending practical completion of Worship Square in summer 2024, Wise is expected to complete its fit-out and move in by early 2025, transitioning its 1,000+ UK staff from its current office in the Tea Building in Shoreditch.

Wise joins Frontier Economics, which arrived last year and occupies over 3,000 sq m as its London HQ.

Isabel Naidoo, Chief People Officer at Wise commented: “At Wise, everything we do is centered around creating a world in which money moves quickly, easily, fairly, and in a way that’s open to all. To achieve this, we empower our teams to make their own decisions, set their own goals and pursue the work that is most impactful. We need a workplace that supports this. A space that fosters collaboration, while allowing employees to focus – and ultimately build products that meet the needs of our customers. Worship Square meets this brief.

We are proud to be a part of London. We’re a truly global team, serving a global customer and the technology that enables that was first built here. Thirteen years since we set down roots here, we’re excited by what’s to come.”
