London Square acquires 29 Tite Street site in Chelsea
Developer London Square has acquired a former care home and convent site in the Chelsea Heritage Quarter.
The freehold 0.74-acre site on Tite Street was bought for £54m from the Daughters of the Cross.
London Square will now commence extensive consultations to devise plans for new homes in line with the area's heritage, potentially featuring gallery space for local artists, and collaborating with the neighbouring National Army Museum to expand it with new exhibition areas and a public garden.
Knight Frank’s Development and Charities & Education teams jointly acted in the sale of 29 Tite Street.
