The City of London Corporation Planning Applications Sub-Committee has approved Landsec's plans for a new office scheme at 1 Little New Street in London EC4.
The unique design of the new building by Apt features cascading stepped green landscaped terraces and will offer more than 57,000 sqm of Grade A office space.
