22 Ropemaker, the new London headquarters for Linklaters law firm and the Pension Insurance Corporation, has reached practical completion.

Designed by Make Architects, the 425,000 sq ft office space was awarded a BREEAM Outstanding in 2018, and is a WELL Platinum project, the highest-rating wellbeing award by the International Well Building Institute. With a 20,000 sq ft roof terrace and multiple external balconies, 76% of the space offers access to external areas.
