Dominus and Cheyne Capital acquire 65 Fleet Street
Dominus and global investment manager Cheyne Capital have jointly acquired 65 Fleet Street.
This partnership marks Dominus's first joint venture acquisition, building on their previous collaborations in development financing. Cheyne recently provided two senior loans totally circa £400m for two of Dominus’ student living schemes in the City of London.
The site, formerly occupied by law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, aligns with the City of London's 'Destination City' plan and will host a variety of functions to enhance the local area.
