Wates has started work at The Ribbon office development by M&G on Oxford Street.

The development managed by CBRE will deliver 73,989 sq ft of prime West End office space and 26,374 sq ft of flagship retail space fronting Oxford Street.

Completion is expected in Q4 2025.
