REDD appoints De Group as the main contractor for One Palace Green
Developer REDD has appointed De Group as the main contractor at One Palace Green in Kensington, London W8.
De Group Contracting joins appointed interior designer Martin Kemp Design and landscape designer Randle Siddeley Limited. De Group is also the main contractor for The Lucan - Autograph Collection Residences in Chelsea SW3.
Located on a quarter-acre in Kensington Palace Gardens, this rare development, originally the residence of the 9th Earl of Carlisle, George Howard, comprises a Grade II* listed mansion with five apartments and a coach house, set to complete by Summer 2025.
One Palace Green, surrounded by embassies, features high-security measures including double gates and 24-hour guarded access.
Designed in Queen Anne revival style by Philip Webb with original interiors by William Morris, the property offers ultra-luxury amenities such as concierge services, private parking, and exclusive branded lifestyle partnerships.
