Designed by Allies & Morrison, the development comprises seven new blocks. The first release of private sale apartments is in the Marquis Residences building.

Royal Gateway is a 4 minute walk from Acton Mainline station, where Elzabeth Line will take you to Bond Street in just 11 minutes. It's also near North Acton Station (Central Line) and the future HS2 station.
