The Galliard Homes / Frogmore Joint Venture Company that is building the residential development at Marconi House on the Strand, have today issued notice of an intended claim against Sol Melia. The Spanish Hotel Company is developing the new ME London Hotel within the same building, and constructing the roof over the apartments. On Tuesday 14th June, contractors working for Sol Melia in the roof area, caused a fire which has resulted in extensive damage to the roof and apartments under construction on the floors below. The works for Sol Melia are being Project Managed by Gleeds.
