Midweek:
Works Within Site-
•Phase 2 Demolition, Victoria Road south section and Canning Passage.
•Phase 2 Demolition, 2nd floor from De Vere Gardens South and section adjacent to Party Wall
•Phase 2 Demolition, 3rd Floor De Vere Gardens North numbers 2 and 4 using Long Reach Excavator.
•Lintel replacement and internal façade repairs are continuing on De Vere Gardens, with the associated material deliveries.
•Installation of Steel for Party Wall Support System to north and south of 10-14 De Vere Gardens.
•Under pinning to Number 8/10 Party Wall, within basement and sections at north end of site.
Works Around Site Boundary-
Victoria Road
•North end of Road Closed for EDF Works.
De Vere Gardens
•Parking suspensions are in place for the off loading of lorries with the tower crane.

•Pile Probing and EDF works along Front of Site.
10-12 De Vere Gardens Lightwell
•Progressive demolition of number 16 De Vere Gardens to allow installation of Party Wall Steelwork.
•Demolition to the lightwell Core.
