Gordon Ramsay and Chris Hutcheson have sold the Warrington pub in London's Maida Vale.
The pub, which was owned 50% by Hutcheson and 50% by Ramsay outside of Gordon Ramsay Holdings, has been acquired by family-run pub and hotel group Faucet Inn.
Agent Davis Coffer Lyons advised Ramsay, Restaurant Property acted on behalf of Hutcheson and AG&G for Faucet Inn.
