London restaurateur Jamie Barber, owner of Hush, is to launch a new restaurant concept at the Central St Giles development, reports Caterersearch.com.
Barber has teamed up with Momo's co-founder David Ponte to open Cabana, a new Brazilian barbecue restaurant.
The duo has taken over a 3,430sq ft site at Central Saint Giles.
