Planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment to provide a new seven storey plus basement building comprising retail (Class A1) and restaurant (Class A3) on the ground floor and part basement, 15 serviced apart-hotel units on first, second and third floors and seven flats (6 x 3 bed and 1 x 2 bed) over fourth, fifth and sixth floors with rooftop and basement plant and 27 cycle parking spaces.
