•Phase 2 Demolition removal of slates and roof from De Vere Gardens south.
•Lintel replacement and internal façade repairs are continuing on De Vere Gardens, with the associated material deliveries.
•Demolition of lightwell cores
Works Around Site Boundary-
Victoria Road
•Loading of small lorries with demolition arisings with tower crane.
•Scaffolding to the rear of Hale House along Canning Passage.
De Vere Gardens
•Façade support erection and associated scaffolding at the northern Façade Retention System.
•Completion of the foundation works to the southern Façade Retention System.
•Hoarding of the northern Façade Retention System.
•Parking suspensions are in place for the off loading of lorries with the tower crane.
10-12 De Vere Gardens Lightwell
•Adjustment of protection scaffold within the lightwell to the back of the phase 2 demolition area as the demolition progresses.
•Demolition to the lightwell cores.
