Planning permission granted for use of part ground (to provide entrance only to upper floors), first, second, third, fourth and fourth floor mezzanine level as residential accommodation (Class C3) comprising of 1x1, 2x2 and 1x3 bed flats. Demolition of existing rear extension at first and second floor levels and installing replacement windows and the raising of the entire roof height by 0.3m.
