New planning application received by Westminster City Council for -
Restoration and refurbishment. Partial demolition of 1957 rear addition and erection of rear extension to Nos. 10 and 11 Lancaster Gate to create a 42 serviced apartments. Existing front vaults to be opened up to increase outside space.
