Westminster City Council grants planning permission for:
Variation of Condition 55 of the planning permission dated 20 October 2010 (RN: 10/04717) for the redevelopment of the site to provide a building comprising six basement levels, ground floor and nine upper floors with plant level above for use as an 87 bedroom hotel, restaurant and five residential flats (site includes 163-169, 171-173 Knightsbridge); namely, a change of use of part sixth floor from hotel to residential flat [front right].
