Land Securities Group PLC ('Land Securities') announces a further 30,000 sq ft of lettings at 123 Victoria Street, SW1 with two new tenants.

CPA Global has agreed to take 12,600 sq ft comprising part of the 3rd and 4th floors, moving their headquarters from Olivers Yard, EC4 to Victoria. In addition, Intuit, the US IT software company, has agreed to lease 17,300 sq ft across part of the 1st and 2nd floors to house their new London HQ. Following these lettings, 123 Victoria Street is 63% let with a further 15%, or 36,200 sq ft, in solicitors’ hands.

This progress follows last year’s successful lettings to Jimmy Choo (which includes Labelux and Bally UK Headquarters) and CDC Group. 123 Victoria Street now has just 55,000 sq ft available of the total 200,000 sq ft to let.
