Land Securities has announced that John Lewis plc has agreed to lease 36,500 sq ft of offices in 123 Victoria Street, SW1. Following this letting, 123 Victoria Street is now 78% let.

John Lewis will be relocating their Partnership Services division on the 2nd and 3rd floors of 123 Victoria Street with a view to taking occupation Q3 2013.

John Lewis will join a number of prominent businesses choosing to locate at 123 Victoria Street. Today’s news follows the announcement on 1 February that CPA Global is to lease 12,600 sq ft, moving their headquarters from Olivers Yard, EC4, and Intuit, the US IT software company, is to lease 17,300 sq ft to house their new London HQ. Other occupiers include Jimmy Choo (including Labelux and Bally UK headquarters) and CDC Group. 123 Victoria Street now has just 54,400 sq ft available of the total 200,000 sq ft office space to let. The retail element is fully let.
