Application for full planning permission received for:
Erection of a rear infill extension at first to roof levels and extension at rear third level; creation of balconies and terraces at rear second to fourth floor level and a terrace at roof level; and the installation of plant and enclosure at roof level, all in connection with the use of the second to fourth floors as a private members club (sui generis) to be used in connection with the existing club on the lower floors.
