The final panel of glass cladding was installed at 10 Hammersmith Grove yesterday. The 110,000 sq. ft. prime office development, built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’, is the first of two office buildings totalling 275,000 sq. ft. 10 Hammersmith Grove was forward-funded by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Property Trust for £50 million, and is due for practical completion in May 2013.
